Our Mission

The ability to compute electromagnetic fields in a complex circuit environment leads to less expensive computer-aided design tools replacing expensive and time-consuming experiments and is quite often the only way for finding an optimal solution to a given design problem.

Our mission is to find new and better techniques for overcoming the current bottlenecks in global EM circuit modeling and to support education projects with a goal of developing the knowledge base, tools and people necessary to solve today’s EM-field problems and address the EM simulation problems of the future.

In the teaching we make connections between fundamental principles and their practical implications; our students will acquire the analytical and theoretical skills necessary to apply their knowledge in an increasingly interdisciplinary technical and technological environment.
